Patrice has over 17 years’ experience in reinsurance and insurance gathered with 3 leading firms in Zimbabwe. Patrice joined FBC Re in 2005 as a Facultative underwriter. He held several portfolios till he was appointed Senior Manager Treaties and Claims in 2015, a position he held until his assignment to head Technical and Business Development at FBC Insurance in 2018. Before joining FBC Re, Patrice worked for Tristar Insurance. Patrice is a holder of an EMBA from Esami and a Bachelor of Commerce in Insurance and Risk Management from NUST.

Darshanee is a Fellow member of the institute of Chartered Management Accountants of UK and Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants. Darshanee has held several Compliance roles in various Botswana Banking institutions(FNB Botswana, ABN AMRO). Darshanee also held various leadership roles as Past Chairperson of the Botswana Society for prevention of cruelty to animals (BSPCA), Botswana tax Examiner/Moderator in association with the Chartered institute of Management accountants of the UK for 5 Years.
